A luxury hands-on wine and food experience in Margaret River.

You’ll learn about the region's French history, why the South West could have been “dressed in blue” and spoke French. Why it is that the classic Bourdeaux and Burgundian varietals thrive here.

Meet some of Margaret River's most influential winemakers and winery owners, mingle with the masters of culinary craft and be inspired by the artists in residence.

Travel through the glass and ‘visit ‘the likes of Champagne, Bourdeaux, Loire, Rhone, Burgundy.

This four-day food and wine immersion is curated and hosted by an expert team led by wine and tourism expert Stepan Libricky. IWSC award winning wine journalist, communicator, travel writer and presenter Cassandra Charlick provided wine selection advise and recommendations.
