You will embark on a journey of discovery through the tall forest of Bramley National Park, being taken back by the towering Marri, Karri and Jarrah trees. Follow the paths and trails towards the Margaret River, or Wooditchup, in the Noongar language, named after the magic man, Wooditch, who created the river in the Nyitting or the Dreaming.

You will have an exclusive access to the closest vineyard to the Margaret River town, hidden from people’s view. Your exploration of the terroir will be taken up a notch with a full run around the vineyard. While you walk the vineyard and learn about practices applied in their regenerative farming. This interactive visit is so much more than your usual wine tasting. It is the most intimate introduction to the land and the wines of the Margaret River. A masterclass of farming, viticulture, sustainbale connection, wine immersion.

An intimate tasting of wines in-between the exact vines these came from, with one of the Western Australian winemaking “young gun” Traits Wines, Theo Truyts. Shortlisted as Best New Winery for James Halliday 2023.

This terroir exploration will culminate in a rustic lunch, continuing the expression of the land. Farm to plate feast to accompany Theo’s wines.

Enjoy special intimate tasting of Passel Estate’s award winning small batch and single vineyard wines perfectly matched to artisan chocolate coated delights, created by master chocolatier Nadia Haskell of Harlequin Desserts. Passel Estate is the home to a rehabilitation program and sanctuary of the critically endangered Western Australian Ring Tail Possum and every wine tasting experience contributes towards this program.
